Who is responsible

Seed Script Digital is a founder-led software development studio operating from Pakistan. For enquiries and website information covered by this notice, Seed Script Digital is the data controller: we decide why and how that information is used.

Contact info@seedscriptdigital.com for privacy questions or requests. This notice covers www.seedscriptdigital.com and direct project enquiries. A client application we develop may have its own controller, privacy notice and processing agreement; the portfolio does not replace those notices.

Information we receive

When you send a project brief, we receive your name, email address and the message you choose to provide. Later correspondence may include business contact details, requirements, proposals and project records. Please avoid passwords, sensitive personal data and identifiable customer records in the enquiry form.

Our website and hosting services process technical request information such as IP address, browser information, timestamps and requested pages for delivery, security and troubleshooting. Temporary duplicate-submission and rate-limit records help protect the contact form.

If you allow optional Google Analytics, Google receives website interaction and device information. Our analytics adapter records page views, selected link clicks and a successful enquiry event. It does not send your form name, email address or message as event parameters. Google may process technical information such as an IP address when receiving a request.

Why we use it

We use enquiry and correspondence details to respond, understand your requirements, prepare a proposal and take steps towards a project at your request. Where GDPR applies, this relies on pre-contractual steps or performance of a contract, as appropriate.

Website security, abuse prevention, troubleshooting and relevant business correspondence rely on our legitimate interests in operating a reliable business website, balanced against your rights. Records required by applicable law are handled on that legal-obligation basis.

Optional analytics relies on your consent. Declining analytics does not affect the website or contact form. An enquiry is not consent to a mailing list, and the website does not automatically subscribe you to one.

Providers and other recipients

We use hosting, email delivery/mailbox and, when enabled with your permission, Google Analytics services. These providers receive the information needed to deliver their services. Our current email service uses cPanel-managed hosting; mail delivery and storage are separate from the website host.

Company email may contain the full enquiry so that we can reply. We do not sell personal information. Information may also be shared with professional advisers or authorities where necessary for a legal obligation, a claim or protection against abuse. External social and portfolio links take you to services with their own privacy terms.

The website loads fonts from Google Fonts and icon styles from a third-party CDN. These are separate resource requests that may expose your IP address and browser details to their providers even if analytics is declined. They are not permission to run analytics.

Processing across borders

We operate from Pakistan and use providers that may process information in other countries, including the United States. The country and provider involved depend on the service used.

Where GDPR applies, restricted transfers require a lawful transfer mechanism, such as an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate contractual safeguards. Contact us for details of the safeguards relevant to your information. Consent to analytics is not a blanket waiver of international-transfer requirements.

How long information is kept

We keep enquiries and correspondence for as long as needed to respond, manage an ongoing business relationship, or address a reasonably anticipated dispute. Contract, billing and legal records may need to be retained for applicable statutory periods. When those purposes no longer apply, we delete or anonymize records, subject to lawful retention requirements and normal backup cycles.

The website does not maintain a separate contact-message database. The delivered enquiry remains in our company mailbox and related business records. Temporary successful-submission fingerprints expire after up to 24 hours; rate limits use ten-minute windows. Hosting and mailbox logs follow the relevant provider and operational retention settings.

Your browser remembers the analytics choice for up to 180 days. Theme preferences remain until changed or cleared. Analytics cookie lifetime and Google reporting retention are separate settings; the Cookie Policy explains browser storage, and you can contact us about the current reporting settings.

Your choices and rights

You can decline optional analytics or reopen Analytics preferences in the footer to change your choice. Withdrawing permission stops future site-generated analytics events and clears this property’s first-party Google Analytics cookies; it does not automatically erase information already received by Google.

Depending on the law that applies, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to certain processing. Some rights have conditions or exceptions. Our GDPR page explains the applicable rights and how to contact us; you may also complain to a competent supervisory authority.

Security and sensitive information

The contact form uses server-side validation, anti-forgery protections, rate limiting and encrypted SMTP delivery. These measures reduce risk; no website, email service or internet connection can guarantee absolute security. Only share information needed for the first project discussion.

This business website is not directed at children and is not intended to collect their personal information. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can assess and address it.

Changes and contact

We may update this notice when the website, providers or handling of information changes. The date at the top identifies this version. For questions about this notice, contact info@seedscriptdigital.com.

Your analytics choice

Allow optional Google Analytics to measure visits, link clicks and enquiries. Your contact message is not included.

What this controls

Analytics data is shared with Google to help us understand how the site is used. Declining keeps analytics off. The site and contact form work either way. Read our Cookie Policy.
