Website operator and scope

This website is operated by Seed Script Digital, a founder-led software development studio operating from Pakistan. Contact info@seedscriptdigital.com about these terms.

These terms concern the public website and its enquiry process. A written project agreement, statement of work or other accepted contract governs paid services. If that agreement differs from these website terms on the same subject, the agreed project terms control.

Enquiries, proposals and timelines

Sending a brief or contacting us does not by itself create a paid services contract, reserve delivery capacity or transfer ownership of an idea. We first discuss the work, scope, fees, access requirements and delivery arrangements.

Website prices and timelines describe a scoped offer, not a promise to deliver any size of system at that price or within that window. A two-week release depends on an agreed scope, required access, timely decisions and readiness to begin. Hosting, paid APIs, licences, third-party fees and ongoing support are agreed separately.

Deliverables, milestones, acceptance, change requests, payment, cancellation, refunds and support obligations must be established in the applicable project agreement. There is no website checkout or automatic subscription.

Responsible use

Use the website and contact form for legitimate enquiries. Provide accurate contact information and only share information you have permission to disclose.

• Do not attempt to access systems, records or accounts without permission.
• Do not use the site to send spam, malicious content or automated abusive submissions.
• Do not submit passwords, private access keys, regulated datasets or identifiable customer records through the public enquiry form.
• Do not interfere with the availability or security of the website or its providers.

Portfolio and third-party links

Case studies show work and capabilities within the scope described on each project page. Demonstration images, MVP scope and ongoing upgrades are identified where applicable. Portfolio inclusion is not a promise of a particular commercial result or a licence to use the featured application.

External websites, social profiles and services are operated by their respective owners. Their availability, terms and privacy practices are separate from ours. References to third-party names or technology do not imply sponsorship or partnership.

Content and project ownership

The website’s original text, visual presentation and other materials are protected by applicable intellectual property law. Third-party names, logos and assets belong to their respective rights holders. You may view the site and share links; reuse beyond what the law permits requires the appropriate permission.

Ownership and licensing of project code, designs, deliverables, pre-existing tools and third-party components are agreed in the project contract. Submitting an enquiry does not assign your intellectual property to us.

Website information and availability

We take care to present useful, accurate information, but website content can change and may not cover your particular technical, regulatory or business circumstances. A project requires its own assessment.

We may update, maintain or temporarily suspend parts of the website. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that every third-party link will remain available. Nothing in these terms excludes liability, statutory rights or remedies where doing so would be unlawful.

Privacy and confidentiality

The Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how this website handles information and optional analytics. A project enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

The public contact form is for an initial discussion. Before exchanging confidential documents, credentials or sensitive datasets, agree a suitable secure channel and any required confidentiality or data protection terms.

Applicable law and disputes

These website terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, subject to mandatory rights and protections that apply under the law relevant to you. Any project-specific governing law or dispute process should be set out in its written agreement.

Please first raise a website-related concern at info@seedscriptdigital.com so we can try to resolve it. This does not restrict rights to a regulator, competent court or other legally available remedy.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these website terms as the site or services develop. The date shown above identifies the version published here. Changes to an existing project agreement require the process agreed in that contract.
